PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


FREE SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days worldwide.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING CARRIER

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and shipping method.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your building.
If still missing, contact us within 14 days at info@korvos.com.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days to info@korvos.com.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Item:
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@korvos.com.
We will correct it at no additional charge.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional fees may apply.

Please double-check your address at checkout.


P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery may take longer.
